HIGHLAND FLING

1: Put cracked ice in mixing glass
2: Pour the angostura bitters over ice. Pour in the whisky and vermouth and stir well to mix.
3: Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with olive. Serve immediately.

WHISKEY SLING

1: Put the sugar in the mixing glass
2: Add the lemon juice and water and stir until sugar has dissolved
3: Pour into the whiskey and stir to mix
4: Fill a chilled old-fashioned glass with cracked ice and strin the cocktail over it.
5: Garnish with the orange wedge and serve immediately

WHISKEY SOUR

1: Put ice cubes in to a cocktail shaker and pour whiskey over it
2: Add the lime juice and sugar and shake well
3: Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the slice of lime and a cherry.serve immediately

WHISKEY RICKEY

1: Put crushed ice into a chilled highball glass
2: Pour the whisky and lime juice over the ice and top with club soda
3: Stir gently and mix. Garnish with the lime slice and serve immediately

BOSTON SOUR

1: Put cracked ice into a cocktail shaker
2: Pour the lemon juice whiskey and sugar syrup over the ice
3: Add the egg white
4: Shake until chilled, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon slice and marasschino cherry. serve immediately

KLONDIKE COOLER

1: Put the suger into a chilled glass and add the ginger ale. stir until the sugar dissolved.
2: Fill the glass with cracked ice. Pour the whiskey over the ice.
3: Top off with sparkling water. stir gently and garnish with the lemon peel. serve immediately

KSHAMROCK

1: Put cracked ice into the mixing glass
2: Pour the whiskey. Vermouth and chartreuse over the ice. stir until well frosted.
3: Strain into the chilled cocktail glass. pour in the cream de mentheand stir. serve immediately
